For years we’ve been passionately driving change in the industry through talent development activities. Recruiting, training, appraisal systems, change management, technical skills, fresher mentoring – we’ve been involved in every aspect of the human capital management.

In this journey, we’ve learnt some, done some. We’ve helped build some of the highest performing teams in central India. We’ve recruited, we’ve trained, we have built systems and processes that are perhaps a generation ahead of the industry.

But we felt it was high-time that we share our learnings with a wider peer group; extend the benefit of our efforts to our entire community of stakeholders in the HR world.

And hence, this not-just-yet-another blog. We hope that this becomes a knowledge center capturing the best practices of the industry.
