Required Skills:

– Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development
– 4+ years’ experience managing software development projects, preferably in a software services delivery or consulting services related environment
– Domain knowledge and experience with enterprise software development and delivery
– Fluent in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Google Sheets and Excel
– Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines
– Strong writing and verbal skills
– Flexible and quick to learn
– Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment
– Experience of successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders
– Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
– Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach
– Preference will be given to candidates with PMP certification and who have worked within an ISO 9001 (or  equivalent) environment
– Experience with contract negotiations a plus
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of – audiences
– A track record of communicating well with executives and non-technical leaders
– Experience managing teams in a DevOps culture
